Arrival and departure

Arrival: from 2 pm
Departure: until 9.30 am

Payment

We kindly ask our guests to make cash payment.

Final cleaning

The final cleaning amounts to € 60,00 per apartment.

Local tax

The local tax amounts to € 2,50 per day and per person (aged 14 and over).

Deposit

For the confirmation of reservation we ask you to transfer a deposit of 30% of the total amount.

Reservation

The reservation is considered confirmed after the receipt of the deposit.

Cancellation

The deposit will be kept as cancellation fee. Alternatively, the deposit will be deducted when booking in the same year. In case of cancellation up to 3 weeks before arrival we will charge 60% of the total price of the booked apartment.

High season

The price in the high season is based on the maximal capacity of the apartment.

We gladly make available a cot for babys.

Non-smoking house

We ask you to smoke only on the balcony or outside.

Pets

allowed on request and for a fee of € 7,00 per night.

Parking space

There are free parking spaces available directly by the house. You can find also a shelter for motorcycles.

Ski depot/Bike depot

We offer a Ski depot with ski boot dryer and a bike depot for your mountain-bikes.
